This freebie is available via Groupon site. All you need to do is log in to your Groupon account, could be done through your Facebook account too, and then fill out the form.
There is no mention when the closing date is but at this time of writing, it is still valid, although it says "Limited time remaining".
I also have no idea how many pairs of tickets are given away, but winners will be contacted by phone.
Therefore, if you have submitted your entry, the only thing you can do is wait for the good news.

Winners are to redeem their free tickets at the counter on the day of screening.
