I was browsing the web randomly when I came across this cute auction website called Jungle Cents. I have to admit that I have never heard of this website prior to this and if it was not for the freebie offer of a Jungle Cent sticker, I wouldn't have noticed them.

You know, although a sticker is just something small, if I sure that if you are a real freebie lover, you wouldn't mind it. As long as it's free, you would want it, right? A long time ago, I used to be a sticker collector. If you are one as well, this free sticker from Jungle Cents would make a good addition to your sticker collection.

Car Promotions

Recently, there have been a lot of talks about the proposed new conditions to be implemented under the National Automotive Policy (NAP). I am certainly not happy about these new conditions that affect me as the owner of an older car, a car that is more than 15 years. At first, I thought of buying another older car as a second car at home but now I have to scrap the idea and look for a newer car. It should not be more than ten years old.

I have also given thought of buying a new car. To boost sales, many dealers of new cars are throwing in freebies like additional auto accessories or free fuel or to help buyers of new cars to obtain 100% loan, or even a lower auto loan rate.

It is so difficult for me to make a decision. On one hand, I would like to drive a spanking new car but on the other hand, I do not relish the thought of committing myself to a five year auto loan!

This morning, I wrote that my sister wanted me to help her look for free holiday recipes. Well, guess what I found online? Thanksgiving from Martha Stewart and they come in a very nice .PDF file that you could print out if you want.

I haven't the time to try out these Thanksgiving recipes yet but I know that my sister will have fun experimenting with these dishes and will be in time for the Thanksgiving dinner party that she proposed to host. Look what she has gotten herself into! Thankfully, we all love to cook, trying out new recipes when we have time.

If you are looking for Thanksgiving recipes, why not give these a try? I am sure you would enjoy the experience. It doesn't matter if your dishes don’t turn out as nicely as shown in this cookbook. The most important thing is that you tried, and had fun trying.

I don't know if you see a connection in cooking and crafting but I do and this blog called Domestifluff by Kristen is an excellent example of how we can make cooking into an art form.

While I am really appreciative of such creativity, at the same time, I feel like kicking myself for not being able to come up with something as appealing, that's why I keep browsing websites and blogs like Domestifluff. Anyway, if you are looking for food and paper craft ideas, Domestifluff is a good place to start. I just wish that my fingers would not have a mind of their own and keep typing out Domestifluff wrongly!

When printing out the beautiful printables, you should use smudge-free printer ink. Oh, and also, if you are trying out any of the food ideas, you should let me know!

Free Holiday Recipes

My sister sent me an email asking me for help. She needs some holiday recipes as she is slated to host a couple of dinners at her home for her colleagues and neighbors over the holidays and she doesn't have any ideas what to prepare. Westerners love potluck but my sister wants something different.

Well, I don't have any time to host dinner parties but have been invited to a few. I don't even know if I could make it. If I do attend all of them, I'd grow so fat, I'd probably need to be on Fastin for a month! On the other hand, if I don't make it to these dinner parties, the hosts and guests would think that I am not giving them 'face'. Oh well, I'll decide when the time comes.

I have to admit that although I do not use Twitter all that much, I am getting addicted with changing the background of my Twitter profile. I don't even know why since I do not log in to my Twitter on the computer and usually just look at the stripped down version on my mobile device.

But I know that lots of people like changing their twitter backgrounds so I am featuring some of the best sites that offer free Twitter backgrounds. If you know me, you will know that I have pretty high standards so not all twitter backgrounds will get featured on my blog unless I like them personally.
