My friends were surprised that I participated in a tour of Ipoh, my hometown. Why can't I join the tour even though I am from this city? I think that as a delegate, I had gained a deeper in sight of Ipoh, which I wouldn't necessarily have the opportunity to, as an individual.
The bad thing of the 4D/3N tour was that because I was ill, I did not get to enjoy as much as I would have, if I was fit and healthy. And because I had to be somewhere else sometime during the trip, I had to leave and rejoin the group later. These disruptions made me fail to immerse myself in the trip.
Oh well, I hope I am fully recovered when the next trip comes along.
