After being a cookie monster for the past one week because of Chinese New Year where I went visiting friends and relatives and attended open houses almost daily, it's time to keep fit. No, Chinese New Year is not over yet but I can no longer fit in my cheong sam!!
My friend wants to sell me her used wii fit, which she says her son is spending too much time on and neglecting his studies. It does sound like a good solution and I could have some fun at home too, not purely exercise.
I just hope that I have the staying power to continue with my new exercise regime and not abandon it before I am slimmer!
