My friend is celebrating her 10th wedding anniversary tomorrow. Once again, like a song, she is singing that she did not receive a wedding ring on her wedding day. To her, a wedding ring is very important and is a symbol of the union. Sometimes, I wonder why she agreed to marry her husband when she knew that he couldn't afford a wedding ring back then.
Now, after ten years, the husband is more financially able and could buy her a wedding ring. it may be late but it's still better than nothing. Besides, he doesn't need to buy a diamond ring. There are so many beautiful cubic zirconia rings that are a lot cheaper and they look just as striking. Hopefully, with a ring, my friend would finally stop telling everyone how she didn't get a ring on her wedding day!
