I met my cousin brother over the weekend. He has just participated in the Penang Bridge Run. I was surprised to see that although he seems fitter now than when we met, he didn't look like he was really solid. Maybe some of his muscles had turned to fat.
However, my cousin told me that he is starting to work out harder and may even try to take muscle building supplement so that he wouldn't look "flabby" like now. He asked me to look for a work out companion too when I told him that I am so lazy, I cannot last a week at the gym. he said having a companion would help push me to work hard when I see the other person's progress. We shall see!
