My friend took me to shop at a large warehouse when I was down for a holiday at his hometown a couple of weeks ago. There is no such warehouse where I come from and everything was quite cheap though we have to purchase some of the items in bulk to enjoy the savings.
Although I saw quite a few things that I would like to pick up, it wouldn't be very practical for me since I am from out of town but I did manage to buy some discount office supplies, something that I was already looking for, anyway.
I was pretty amazed at the amount of goods that other shoppers were buying. My friend told me that these are probably owners of small businesses who felt that they could make a profit from the price difference.
