On Arbenting, the quality freebies that one could download and use for free include desktop wallpapers, vectors, backgrounds, textures, just about any kind of graphic freebies that one could find on a design website.
Also, there is one WordPress theme here which you could check out if it suits your needs. I don't think I've seen it offered on other free WordPress themes websites or directories.
