As luck would have it, I found this awesome free Hot Air Balloon Pack created by Media Militia that has a total of 45 different elements in the pack from vectors to images to textures and brushes.
In any case, if you are looking for design resources, perhaps you should check out this free hot air balloon pack and maybe you have some use for it.
