Apparently, they run this contest yearly so for 2009, the winner will be announced on 1st June, 2009, though they did not mention when the closing date is. I guess as long as the submission form is still up, we could enter.
By the way, you will have to be at least 18 years old and depending on where you live, there may be some state restrictions so check the entry form first before submitting.
