Image courtesy of Amazon.comWhile looking for a laptop backpack on Amazon.com last evening I chanced upon their offer of free mp3 downloads. Occasionally, Amazon.com offers this but it is not always music by popular artistes, if you know what I mean.
This time, there are a total of 28 free tracks including songs by Sarah MacLachlan, Heart, Goo Goo Dolls, Dolly Parton and a long list of songs by people I have never even heard of.
However, I think that Amazon.com is providing these singers exposure to get their music out to the general masses. Check out the free songs if you have the time. I think I am going to download all of them.
