This site is free to use and allows members to upload and host unlimited files. These files, of course, could be shared to friends and families if they have the link to it.
At the point of writing this post, One Dump is down for maintenance but it looks like One Dump is unable to host videos. I think it can store videos but cannot play them because they do not have a player.
Anyway, if you are planning to host your files, I am sure you know not to depend on a site, right? You need to have back up copies in your local machine!
