These Dummies books that are sponsored by Avaya are Voice Over IP for Dummies, Contact Centers for Dummies, Mobile Communications for Dummies and Business Continuity for Dummies. Basically Dummies books on telecommunications.
Hhmm I wonder if they will be offering iPhone for Dummies here at all.
Although these are of no use to me, I think there will always be people who may want them so I am featuring them on my site. Hey, they are free and it's all good!
