I don't know how this tool looks like but I know that it is used to measure the head so that we can buy a good fitting hat. Does it make sense?
But this is sure up there in terms of weird freebies. I wonder if any freebie lover requested for this even though they have no use for it.
I would like to remind that only request for items if you have use for it or know of someone who may find these freebies useful. It will of course help to spread out the freebie love and the company giving out freebies will get some business out of it, hopefully!
