While surfing the internet this morning, I chanced upon the website of Halogen Software. They are currently offering a free trial of Halogen software, a human resources software which was design to easily appraise employees and rate them according to their quality and productivity. With just a few mouse clicks employees are assessed easily and management could make development plans for them or prepare compensations if necessary
Do you know that as an employee, appraisals are what I hate most? This is because I find that in my company the management is biased and they are not objective enough. Even peer appraisals are not 100% fool proof either.
I hope that I am not subjected to all these office politics and I believe that as long as I am an employee, I would have to go through appraisals!
