One of the main reasons that I am reluctant to change my cell phone even though it is already old because I don't know how to dispose of it. Despite its age, it is still in perfect working condition and the reason that I even thought of changing my cell phone is because of temptation of new features and designs of new generation of cell phones. Unfortunately, the question that has always hung above my head it, "What do I do with this phone?"

My friend told me about cellphonetradeins.com where you can evaluate your old cell phone on the website and if you are agreeable to the price offered, you can print out the credit and also the prepaid USPS shipping label. Yes, that's right, you don't even have to pay for the shipping.

I have been told that they generally accept phones of all models and carriers and even some damaged phones. However, if your phone has no trade in value anymore, you would also accept it for recycling, but of course don't expect any check in your mail box :-)
The company has a payment schedule where they will send out the checks on the 15th and last day of the month. However, if you have mailed them your phone, they will email you upon receipt and also once the check has been mailed.
I think that this is a pretty neat service that they are offering. I now have no guilt shopping for a new cell phone knowing that my old phone will be taken care of and put to good use.
