As an amateur webmaster, I like to experiment with various graphics to see how things look like if I were to change themes or colours. Unfortunately, I am no graphic artist so I have to depend on what are available for free so I can use them. Yes, I am a cheapo as well! hehehe
Anyway, I found Free Graphic Design with so many free web graphics like bullets, balls and buttons, background, dividers and bars, pattern and borders and everything else that makes up an attractive website.
I'm glad to note that all these graphics are free to use. Do download them to your own computer and upload to your server. You are not required to link back to Free Graphic Design although that would be greatly appreciated!
