Last month, Paul went on a business trip to Maryland and promptly fell in love with the city. He told me that if not for his business in New York City, he would move to Baltimore. I wasn't surprised that he likes it so much there. Baltimore is not nicknamed "Charm City" for nothing!
After that weekend, he already went to view some Baltimore Real Estate. Wow that was pretty fast. He said he has to be because Baltimore Real Estate is hot property and they change hands pretty fast.
He was especially taken with Briarcliff Apartments in Cockeysville, just a few minutes drive north of Baltimore City. Paul told me that Briarcliff Apartments fit his bachelor lifestyle.
Paul says that should he buy an apartment there, he will be traveling to Maryland from New York every weekend!
