Paul wanted to invest in a condo unit in Boston, as he wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of New York City during the weekends or when he has some time to get away on a holiday.

Although New York City is touted to be the city that never sleeps, he said it can get boring especially for people like him who has lived there for years.

So last week he contacted a few Boston Realtors and went to view some Boston Condos. He was rather captivated by the properties and the view of the city they offer.

His problem now is, not the budget, but which unit to choose??
