Anyway, I wanted to learn Italian. I guess I fancied myself meeting an Italian in Malaysia one day and surprising him that I could speak Italian. There were no Italian language course available where I live, though, but I had a pen-pal who could speak Italian that he learned from school and I wrote him some sentences in English and sought his help in translating them into Italian! The sad thing is that until today, I have yet to meet an Italian in person. Boohoo!
