Sargento, a family cheese company, has shared plenty of cheese recipes with us on their website. You can download the recipes easily as they are compiled in .pdf format. However, of course there are some promotions of their cheese products as well, which is understandable.
I have flipped through some of their recipes, though I haven't found time to actually prepare the dishes yet and they certainly look mouthwatering. Come to think of it, I don't know if we can buy Sargento cheese in Malaysia. Would the dishes prepared with an alternative cheese product taste differently?
