My friend told me that even though he is already married, he feels that he should still try to keep a fitter body or it would embarras his wife. I thought that his attempts at losing weight would only last until his wedding dinner but I guess I was wrong.
According to my friend, just hitting the gym every evening is not sufficient. He needs the help of protein powder to shape up. I don't know if he should take this so seriously but then again, I have seen changes to his body shape and I think he's headed to the right direction.
