A friend, who suffered a minor heart attack recently, is undergoing a drastic change in his lifestyle and diet. Although getting a heart attack is no joke, he is taking it as a wake up call and said that now is the time to make changes before it is too late.
So far, he has already quit smoking and stopped drinking and stocked up with health food at home. He said that he needs to buy an elliptical at home so that he could exercise at home more regularly without depending on good weather.
There is an online exclusive blowout sale on ellipticals this weekend and I am going to let him know about it. Hopefully, he would be able to get something that he likes and fits his budget.
