I am a little worried about my mother. It looks to me that she is taking more and more supplements as she grows older. Her latest ailment is joint pain and she is searching for a supplement that would help relieve her pain. I don't know if it's for real because I see her walking without problems and yet she would say that her knees hurt.
Last year, she was complaining of gastritis and constipation but these are my ailments and I really suffer from them and yet, I try my best not to depend on too much medication or even supplements.
However, I do understand that as we grow older, we have all sorts of medical problems. i just hope that these health problems that she is suffering from weren't conjured up from her mind. That's so difficult to tell!
