My mother has been spending a lot of time in bed. She doesn't complain of being tired, though, and thinks it's good that she could sleep for so many hours a day. However, I think that it's not a good sign that she is always resting as if her battery is running dry.
I think a daily dose of human growth hormone would revive her vitality, though I am unsure if she could take this by herself or if doctor's supervision is required since she is already on medication for various ailments.
Nevertheless, I am actively looking into reviving my mother’s energy level because I believe that it would also raise her interest in things around her.
