Yes, finally, I am going to take a much needed break from everyday life for a week at the end of this month. It may not be much, it may not be far, but a holiday is still a holiday and I get to see something different everyday! I am excited just thinking about it.
Life has been extremely stressful the past year and although things have improved, I am still losing hair, if they haven't turned gray already. I am trying hair loss vitamins and other scalp treatment solutions but I know that the underlying cause is stress.
A holiday is in order and one that I have planned for a long time but just never found the opportunity to go on one because of commitments on the home front. Now I am free from it and I am planning to make the best use of my new found freedom!
