I love vectors a lot actually but I don't even know how to make the best use of them! Here on this website called Vector Lady, you can see there are a whole collection of high quality vectors that you could download for free.
However, as with any freebies on the web, you should read the terms of use first and follow accordingly. Most of these are free to use for personal and commercial purposes but you have to link back to the website or to the individual set page on Vector Lady.
