According to the website, this offer is available internationally, as long as you sign up to be a 'fan'. It even tells us to write our international addresses in the comments box but it doesn't work because we MUST fill up the address field, unless we put a fake American address.
Anyway, I really would like to have a copy of this CD. I love guitar-rock music but it looks like I will not be able to get my hands on one because of the rigidity of the order form. SIGH!
