I stumbled upon this website called 123 Free Vectors, clicking from one link to another, and was surprised to come across a resource site (free stock vector site) like this with more than 900 free quality vector art and images for free download.
It looks to me that these free vectors are all sourced from other websites and placed here for the convenience of vector users. If you have vectors to share, you could submit to this website as well. Although there are more than 900 vector images and graphics here, looking for what we want is not too difficult as they are all categorized.
