National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS) is offering this free 2009 monthly pocket planner that comes with tips and resources for healthy bones for life.
Although they did not set any restrictions, I guess this offer is only valid for residents of the United States. They do, however, all one to order up to ten copies, if you are participating in a fair or expo and would like to offer this to visitors.
Also, they allow their pocket planners to be reproduced, or reprinted. I guess this is a good way for people to help spread the word if they could afford the cost of printing these pocket planners.
