My friend, Mark, who has a vacation home in Florida, told me about the new beach front development, Apogee Condo Miami Beach. He told me that while he was in Florida this summer, he wanted to view the show house but could not find the time even though Coconut Island is just nearby.
Mark says that even if he likes the architecture and the location of these beach fronted Apogee condo, affordability will be an issue. Owners of Apogee Condo are mostly jet-setting people who own multiple homes all over the country. There’s a marina nearby so most have their own boats.
I cannot imagine myself living a jet set lifestyle, though, but I wish that I could check out Apogee Condo in real life and not just on their website. But first, I’d have to make my way to Miami Beach first.
