Image courtesy of Forever TulipForever Tulip, or Cindy, is a very talented designer from Malaysia. I discovered her free themes when I was blog hopping and I was amazed that Malaysian bloggers are using her themes widely and I did not know about her. How can??
Forever Tulip designs for both Blogger blogs and WordPress themes. Her Blogger blogs include some HTML and XML formats. I love the way she uses her colours but so far, I have not used any of her designs yet.
Forever Tulip also accepts theme design requests and orders but I am not sure if she is doing this for free or if this is a paid service. Whatever it is, I like girly themes and she is definitely one of the designers high up in my book. I look forward to more blog themes from her. I need new themes!
