I have heard so much about the goodness of kava kava but I have not had the chance to try it out yet. I did search for it locally but it seems like the retailers here have not heard of it, or perhaps it goes by another name locally.

My friend who is an organic freak has been telling me how kava kava has helped in reducing anxiety and other stress related health problems. I believe I lead a more stressful life than she does! Let’s see if kava kava would be as beneficial for me as it is for her!
