This is a US government website and basically, they are sending out free kits to kids to teach them how to react in a natural disaster. At least that is what I understand from reading the website!
These kits are only to be ordered over the telephone or via snail mail. I have no idea why they do not allow online orders. Perhaps they are afraid that web users will abuse the free offer. Well, these are kits for emergencies, so don't play the fool!
And these kits are not shipped internationally so if you are not in the US, too bad. I personally think that these kits are applicable to kids all over the world. Disasters happen everywhere!
