If you have been reading my blogs, you would probably remember that my neighbor has two sons who are drug addicts. It's a pitiful situation to be in. It's bad enough when a child is an addict but when two sons are, it's totally heartbreaking for the parents. Their father has long since passed away and the mother has been the sole breadwinner every since.
I was talking to the lady one day and she told me that she would like to send the two sons to drug rehab but does not have the information.
I did tell her that there's plenty of drug addiction treatment on the web but I think that they do not have an internet connection, let alone, a computer, at home.
I could probably help her look for the information that she wants but I am not so sure if the sons are willing to get enrolled. You know, I always believe that kicking an addiction, it has to start from the individual himself so there's no point forcing them before they are ready.
