Image courtesy of ZamzarI stumbled upon this website with the weird name of Zamzar recently. I have to admit that I heard of it a while ago but did not take the trouble to check out what it is all about because of the name. Well, never judge a site by its name, I guess!
It turns out that Zamzar provides a tool for us to convert our files to another format. the maximum size limit that we can convert each time is 100MB but they provide support for files in these formats:

I have always wondered if it is possible to convert a .pdf file to a .doc file. I see that Zamzar says it is possible to do it so I will be giving it a try later and see how much of the text from the .pdf file could be converted into a .doc or .txt file.
Notwithstanding it my conversion works or not, Zamzar is great as it allows us to convert different format files online without having to download any software and it is free too so there is no hard trying.
We don't even have to wait for the process. Just leave them our email address and the converted files will be sent to us. How cool is that?
