I am sure by now, everyone concerned would have heard of Medtronic's Sprint Fidelis product recall issued in October, 2007. However, if you are unaware of this news but you know of someone who is affected in this recall then do let him know that he should check his product ID to see if it's one of the recalled batches of defibrillator.
Since there were a few patient deaths that were linked to this product, we have to take adequate measures to get an exchange and seek compensation in this Medtronic Defibrillator Recall exercise.
Oh yes, those who are affected will be eligible for free legal advice from certain legal firms. So there is nothing to worry about in terms of legal costs.
