We can start as many sites as we can but the hardest thing to do is to drive traffic to them. And while we grow our network of sites, our attention is worn thin and we inevitably neglect some of them.
Click4Click is a banner exchange programme for webmasters. It is free to join but to get your banner as much exposure as possible, that would have to depend on how much credit you have collected. So, this is a free to join programme but based on a credit system.
I have not signed up with them yet. Perhaps I would do so later when I have a little free time.
