I don't know about you but I am registered with many loyalty program that this Christmas shopping has been tough in deciding whom to shop with! It would have been easy if I had only one loyalty bonus but since almost all merchants are offering similar loyalty programs, the deciding factor would be which merchant is offering BETTER benefits.
A company that I came across called webloyalty is hired by clients to come up with ideas to garner customer loyalty. They have to create loyalty programs that would keep the customers of their clients coming back.
This sounds like a great job to be in and going to work would be fun. If you were given the task to come with a rewards program to secure the loyalty of customers, what will it be?
