Image courtesy of Free Media GOO This past week, I have been to many websites that offer free media, especially images. I am trying to set up my personal site and would prefer to get some free images so that I do not have to pay for them. The site is, after all, a personal and non-commercial site.
One of the sites that I came across is called Free Media Goo. I don't know what the GOO here means but they offer more than free images like the previous sites that I featured.
On Free Media Goo, you can expect to get your hands for free on images, textures, flash files, audio and video files too. Did I already mention that they are free?
Their database is quite huge and to be frank, since the day I discovered this site, I have yet to finish going through the freebies on the site. I hope that I can find the perfect media for my personal site and get it done up as soon as possible.
Oh yes, as always, read the terms of use first before downloading. The media may be free but there will usually be restrictions on how you can use them!
