A friend asked for my help in looking for a suitable job which he could apply for as he is unhappy with his current job. I told him that it is not easy because senior management posts are scarce and unless he s very qualified, he should stay put, taking into consideration his age too.
Another friend of mine suggested that we look for an executive search firm where the chances are higher in our search because the staff know exactly what employers are looking for because they worked in their respective fields too.
I told my friend, the job seeker, to bookmark the site and subscribe to the RSS feed of the blog so that he could easily keep tabs on new vacancies. Career opportunities, especially for high level positions, are not easy to come by so if he really wants to change jobs, he cannot afford to let even a single opportunity pass him by.
