I cam across this service offered by a 20-year-old Swiss guy called Temporary Inbox. You know you need one if you are always required to register at some forum, website or other and you are required to provide a valid email address to activate your account!
This will come in handy. It just keeps the spam away from your real inbox. You can also set the mail to be forwarded to your real email address and as soon as the spam starts coming, you can just delete the temporary account and set up a new one.
