I don't know about you but since the beginning of my computer using days, I have been using Microsoft Office. I have no complains about the software except for its price! I try my best to legalize all my software, otherwise, open source is the way to go.

I found Office Suite, an open source program by Open Office to be an excellent substitute. I have used quite a few similar open source programs but this is the best alternative by far.

Open Suite is compatible with other major office suites so you can have more than one office suite installed in you machine. Open Office is free to download, use and even distribute.
