I find this application really useful. Because I work on the computer so much, I can easily lose track of time and some times even forget to eat or drink. By using Water Aid's Drink More Water pop up reminder, I am reminded to drink more water throughout the day. Such an application is perfect for me and people like me.
Water Aid also has a screensaver that is also like a drink more water reminder which I think is great.
Please bear in mind that a normal adult should drink at least six to eight glasses of water daily and more in warmer climates or during exerecise or sports, for example when you are hitting those golf balls or participating in other outdoor sports, especially.
