My friend is a die hard WoW player. I do not understand what is so good about the game but I have heard of people's WoW account getting banned, so I dug deeper for the causes of such a ban.
Apparently, these people have used the services of Gamepal who is said to help them level up their WoW character. Before committing to Gamepal, they were told that there are expert WoW players in Gamepal who will do the level up, and the results are astonishing.
However, when these accounts were banned, they found out that Gamepal actually is using some sort of robot or script, that are against the Terms of Use of WoW and once an account is banned for this violation, WoW will never revive the character.
Gamepal, meanwhile, offers no recourse to the client claiming that they have their terms written clearly and the customer should have read it beforehand.
Well, I don't know how true everything is as there are so many parties involved, but I think that game players shouldn't be so obsessed with building up a game character. It is just a game, after all, you know?
