I just read the Sharp By Design blog post by PETER BELISI on Valentine's Day.
It never fails to amaze me that people are willing to spend huge amount of money on a gift on this day. Take a look at the number one most expensive Valentine's Day gift for 2007, the Bombardier Global Express XRS executive jet worth $48 million. Did anyone actually buy it and who received it?
Personally, I feel that one doesn't have to spend that obscene amount of money on a gift. What is more important is that the relationship to last forever and that effort by both parties are invaluable. That is the gift of the heart for a lifetime.
