You need to register for a new domain name on or after 15th January, 2007.
This contest is open to the world. All participants are to work on the search engine optimization of "globalwarming awareness2007". The rules are simple but have to be adhered to.
You need to place a contest banner, linked or unlinked to contest site, on you website and you must place your contact information on the website itself.
The judges will do a search on Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines on May 1st, 2007, and scores will be awarded to all participating websites. If there is a tie in the score, the website that comes up 1st on Google will triumph.
The first prize is a Citroen C2. Woohoo! It looks like a Perodua MyVi, eh? But still, Wooohooooo!
The second prize is a Caribbean Cruise!
And the third prize is a SONY Plasma TV!
