The Lulu Blooker Prize, sponsored by Lulu.com the online book publisher, is the world's first literary prize for books based on websites like blogs and webcomics.
This contest is open to anyone with a published blook, defined as a bound and printed book based on either a blog or website. Either publishers or individual authors may submit a blook.
If you currently have a blog which you think is good enough to give this literary prize a shot, you can use the services of Lulu.com to convert your blog into a book, which will then be known as a blook.
Although this contest is open to anyone in the world, only entries in English are accepted, and only one entry per household. A blook that was submitted in 2006 Lulu Blooker Prize will not be eligible for 2007 Lulu Blooker Prize.
Each entry form must be accompanied by a hard copy of the blook. In the event that the blook is short-listed, a further four hard copies of the blook is required.
Read the full rules and regulations before submitting your blook.
To be considered for 2007 Lulu Blook Prize, all submissions must be postmarked no later than Monday, January 15, 2007.
