This contest is held in conjunction with the Knokke-Heist International Cartoon festival 2007, which is held in Belgium.
It is open to everyone in the world at least 18 years old. There is no theme for the cartoon. Each person may submit up to five entries. However, each cartoon has to be sent in via hard copy and on CD.
There will be an exhibition for all the selected cartoons and these cartoonists will have free pass to the exhibition.
If you want to have the cartoon work returned to you, if you are not chosen, they will do so but the shipping cost is on you. Moreover, they will be keeping your CD.
