The Fort William Mountain Festival 2007 Original Art Competition is held in conjunction with the Fort William Mountain Festival, celebrated in February and March, 2007.
Each entrant can nominate a piece of his or her own original artwork to be part of the art exhibition which will be held at the Nevis Centre in Fort William. This exhibition is open to the public everyday during the festival.
The public will be asked to vote for their favourite piece of art that is exhibited.
Nominations should be sent to W Scott, The Highland Mountain Culture Association Limited, PO Box 7035, Fort William PH33 6WR.

The public visiting the exhibition will then be asked to vote, via a ballot system, for their favourite piece of work in the following categories:
Overall favourite
1st place £200, 2nd & 3rd place prizes from sponsors
Junior under 16
Junior prizes 1st place £50, 2nd & 3rd place prizes from sponsors
Public voting slips will also be placed into a free prize draw to encourage people to vote.
